India will look frontward to a clean sweep lacking some key players like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan, but this will be huge occasion for some of the young community to present their talents at the international level.

In the period in-between Virender Sehwag fell for his uncomfortable back injury in the first game in Jaipur.

Two new faces, M Vijay, container opener from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka fast bowler Abhimanyu Mithun has been mentioned in the 14-squad.

South Africa on the other side is looking ahead to playing for self-importance in the final game of the series; they want to record a victory, so that they can make progress some of their pride. Their fleece looks a real apprehension for concern for those in the whole series.

So far, their batting really a most important anxiety of concern for them, failed the star player who JPDuminy to bring on this trip. But they have talent and they just need impressive to come about on their side to go against the weaker Indian queue 3rd game.

Team India: M Vijay, Dinesh Karthik, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni (Capt. & wk), Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Yusuf Pathan, Ravindra Jadeja, Sudeep Tyagi, S Sreesanth, R Ashwin, Amit Mishra, Abhimanyu Mithun, Ashish Nehra

Harbhajan Singh, the hero of the second Test victory in Kolkata, has missed the first two games to take part in his sister’s wedding ceremony. Yuvraj Singh (wrist) and Gautam Gambhir (groin) are also present for the hosts.

Left arm of the seamer were out of the last day of the second Test against South Africa at Eden Gardens Thursday after he broke his leg the earlier day.

“Zaheer has suffered a strength injure in his leg and has been ruled out of ODI series against South Africa, says BCCI. He will be replaced by Shantha Sreesanth.”

World champions Australia is opportunely located on the top with 134 points, India 121 and South Africa 119 will battle it out for second place.

For South Africa, Captain Graeme Smith is the only major absent after his finger injury which he continued during the test series and was forced to return. Jacques Kallis will guide South Africa in the absence of Graeme Smith.

It helped the hosts to keep the top spot in ICC Test rankings, but South Africa can move over India in the ODI rankings if they win the best-of-three limited overs series 2-1 or better.

Hashim Amla, top scorer in the test series was not in the beginning part of a day squad, but is now in for Smith. Opening batsman Herschel Gibbs, off-spinner Roelof van der Merwede and fast bowler Albie Morel – all with Indian Premier League contracts – have also been brought in to add force to the tourists go to the first game in Jaipur.

India almost able to defeat an inflexible battle from South Africa’s Hashim Amla and tail Enders winning a series-leveling innings and 58 runs win in the last Test Cricket in order to maintain its position as number one Test team on Thursday.

The hosts had to retrieve the remaining seven ports to sign the series 1-1, had to wait pending the end of the FAG dramatic fifth day playing in their Moment of Glory with Hashim Amla almost transport Proteas backside with a defiant unbeaten 127.

Harbhajan Singh claimed five ports for 59 runs as India beat South Africa by an innings and 58 runs in a breathtaking final day of the second test to level two match series 1-1 and still number one test team in the world.

The right-hander was dismissed only once in the series, aggregating 489 runs. He scored 253 not out in the first test in Nagpur, where South Africa won by an innings and six runs, and 114 and 127 not out in this test, and was rarely concerned about the Indian bowler straight from beginning to end.

After the tea break, the Indians were accurately race against time to decline the last three gates in the tense post-tea session and injury-induced deficiency of Zaheer Khan had an opinion.

Harbhajan claimed the last door of Mornie Morel, trapping his legs until they hatch to mark India win and send high-Eden crowd into frenzy.

The fiesty off spinner ran touching divisions and was quickly crushed by his teammates, who celebrated the victory.

Amla and Morel defied the Indians with 124 balls to frustrate the hosts, who just can not get the burst through despite addition offensive field all day.

But it was Amla who achieved the rare feat of scoring centuries in each innings he played in the run, which took center to go with his brilliant batting, occupying the wrinkle for more than a day, and faced 394 balls.

South Africa 1st Innings: 296

India 1st Innings: 643 – 6 declared

South Africa 2nd Innings: 290

Man of the Match: Hashim Amla

Man of the Series: Hashim Amla

South Africa is like just shy of reclaiming the world number one in Test cricket, but middle-order batsman AB de Villiers said the visiting team will continue a series win over the ICC rankings.

He said that the Proteas have forward motion with them and was listening carefully on winning the series.

“We are so worried about the ICC rankings. Of course it would be nice to be number one Test side in the world, but our focal point is to win series in India. We are here to play a good brand of cricket,” de Villiers told reporters.

AB de Villiers is persuaded that South Africa’s upper hand 48 hours before the final test of the two-match series starts Eden Gardens on Sunday. “Cricket is all about momentum and confidence,” de Villiers said after a tough workout, which lasts for four hours. “We’ve won two Test matches in a row, and we are an impartial side. But we still have to win the series. ”

Before their innings victory in the Nagpur Test was South Africa beaten England in the last test at Wanderers to level four-match series 1-1. But de Villiers admitted that the South Africans not to make money on to win the series at home against England, particularly when they stood on the brink of victory at least twice.

“It was very unsatisfactory not to win the series. Comforter, we under enemy controls most of the test series, but it means nothing at the end of the day when it was 1-1.”

According to de Villiers, now that India is in a turn, they would be anxious to bounce back and use all available options. A shot in the arm in the return of VVS Laxman form wrist injury. In the lack of Rahul Dravid and Yuvraj Singh in the middle order, counting Laxman returns is significant for India, who made three changes after the defeat in the first test. South Africa is still disturbing. But they are not easy to Indians even though they saw a downhearted lot for four days in Nagpur.
