An ambitious young dancer convinces a wealthy Financer to open a disco-themed nightclub in LA, only to find his dreams of success threatened by his jealous girlfriend and her scheming nemesis. Zoe’s got moves to make it big, and Michael is the man who can make it possible for her. But Zoe’s boyfriend … Chris is also a dancer, and he is convinced that her relationship with Michael is too personal. When scheming dancer Malika set his sight on Chris, everything begins to fall apart.
Ok, so we’ve been gushing about the MTV original film “Turn the Beat Around” for the last few weeks, and with good reason! The film, about a struggling dancer, Zoe, (Roimina D’Ugo), which works with wealthy club owner Michael (David Giuntoli) to open a disco-themed nightclub features great music, sizzling dance moves and tons of chemistry between the leading figures . Oh, and did we mention it also has a guest appearance by singer Jason Derulo? Exciting is not it? We could go on (in fact we could), but we do not want to give all the good things away!
