Job Description:
Non-voice operations role involving a maximum of 2 hours of calling in a day. Candidates with call center and Neutral Magyar Mandatory Skills
This is mainly the non-voice operations role involving a maximum of 2 hours of calling in a day.
The selected candidates will provide market research solutions to our Pharmaceutical and Healthcare clients in Canada.
The role will require calling physician offices and colleges in Canada for about 2 hours in day and rest of the time would be utilize for Data Analysis.
About 2 hours of calling a day to gain information about:
Efficient distribution of drug samples to physicians
Invitations to attend CME events and documentation of who attended
Drug product recalls
Distribution of new scientific information related to drug safety, side effects, dosages, indications, drug recalls, etc..
