Another Pakistan Army Major has also been named by India in the new cases that were delivered to the desk Salman Bashir during talks on Thursday with his Indian colleague Nirupama Rao.

Major Samir Ali is the second officer who India says were concerned in 26/11, but it is still not clear whether he is serving or retired officer.
