The owners of Detroit-based American jewelry and loans will star in a new TruTv show set to premiere May 21 December.
“Hardcore Pawn” will include the father and son Les and Seth Gold, along with sister Ashley gathered when they start a busy pawn shop.
Housed in a 50,000 square feet converted bowling alley, American jewelry and loans have experienced an increase in loan transactions and retail sales as the economy has worsened. The company ended last year with about 4 million dollars in retail sales, with around 600 transactions per day.
Repayment of loans should be adhered to especially if it was secured against valuable collateral. I don’t think anybody would want their valuable items like houses to be taken away because they lacked discipline in repaying a loan they had taken.
