The world’s fastest race car on Indian roads



The SSC Ultimate Aero, which is claimed to be the world’s fastest car is said to soon storm the Indian roads. With a recording speed of 413 km / hr Shelby Super Cars – Ultimate Aero had done his place for himself in the Guinness Book of World Record 9 October 2007.

The creators of the car – SSC has planned to put the car on Indian roads in a couple of months. Priced at over Rs. 6 crore U.S. production cars is said to beat Mercedes – Benz Maybach, costliest on Indian roads for now with price tag of Rs. 5 crore. India will be the third market after the United States and Russia, where the car will be launched.

The Aero’09 beautifully redesigned. Armed with electronic fuel injection 6.35-liter twin-turbo-charged V8 engine delivers 1183 bhp to power the car is able to achieve 0-60 km / hr in 2.7 seconds. The Ultimate Aero ’09 also get a redesigned front area, with improved aerodynamics and carbon fiber slats on the intake pull in 20 percent more air into the radiators.
